**Temporary Closure: November 2–8, 2026**

 

Dear Valued Customers,

 

We would like to inform you that **Thai 54 will be temporarily closed from November 2 through November 8, 2026**, as our beloved Chef Jay needs to undergo an important medical procedure for his heart condition.

 

Chef Jay will be undergoing a **heart catheterization procedure, with possible revascularization**, and will need time to rest and recover.

 

As a family-owned restaurant, Chef Jay plays an essential role in our kitchen and in preparing the dishes that we proudly serve to our customers every day. His health and well-being must come first, and we hope you will understand our decision to temporarily close during this important time.

 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding.

 

**We plan to reopen on Monday, November 9, 2026**, and look forward to welcoming you back.
